1. What MyStockButler is. MyStockButler writes research memos about public companies from their filings and market data. A memo is information, not investment advice, and not a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

2. Reports you order. When you order a report on a company, the report is about the company, not about you. We may keep it in our library, sell it to other members, and publish short excerpts of it on our public pages (for example blog.mystockbutler.com/stocks/). We never publish who ordered a report.

3. Your account. Your name, email and orders stay private, as our privacy page says. Reports you bought or that were shared with you stay available to you.

4. Accuracy. Every number comes from a source we cite, and we correct errors when we find them, but a memo can still contain mistakes. Check the sources before you act.
